Zoivu is a creative workspace for original characters and related artwork. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the site. Questions or requests can be sent to support@zoivu.com.

Information we handle

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive the details needed to identify you, such as your name, email address and profile image. We also keep session and account records.
• Your creative work: We store descriptions, scripts, character details, reference files, generated results, saved choices and work history you submit or create. Credit quotes, balances and transaction records are kept to operate the service.
• Service and security data: We may process IP address, browser and device information, request logs and error reports to operate, protect and troubleshoot Zoivu. If site analytics are enabled, they may collect information about page visits and interactions.
• Messages and payments: If you contact support, we keep your message and reply. When you use checkout, the payment provider handles payment details and sends us the information needed to record your purchase and entitlement. Zoivu does not need your full card number to show a plan or Credit quote.

How we use and share information

We use this information to sign you in, keep your work available to you, process the creative actions you confirm, calculate Credits, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain the service. Browsing an example or opening a quote does not start image generation or spend Credits.

To provide these functions, information may be processed by service providers such as Google for sign-in, Vercel for hosting, Neon for database hosting, Cloudflare for private file storage and security checks, Resend for email, and Waffo for payments. Creative requests that you confirm may also be sent to the model provider needed to produce the requested result. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Their systems may operate in different countries.

Files, access and retention

Zoivu stores uploaded and generated files in private storage and checks account access before serving protected work. No online service can promise absolute security. Keep copies of work you cannot afford to lose.

We keep information while it is needed to provide your account and work, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention can differ by data type and backup cycle. To request access, correction or deletion, email support@zoivu.com; we may need to verify that you own the account. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate operational reasons.

Cookies and browser storage

Sign-in and security features use cookies. Zoivu also uses browser storage for some drafts and preferences. See our Cookie Policy for details and browser controls.
