Terms of Service

These terms describe your use of Zoivu, a workspace for creating original characters and related artwork. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact support@zoivu.com.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google sign-in secure. Give us accurate information when contacting support about your account. Do not use another person's account without permission.

Your work and permissions

You keep the rights you have in descriptions, scripts, reference files and other material you provide. You grant Zoivu and the service providers needed to operate it permission to store, process and display that material only to provide the service, carry out your requested creative work, protect the service and meet legal obligations. You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you upload, including photos of other people.

Generated results may be similar to material created for others, and the legal status of generated content can vary by location. Review outputs before publishing or using them commercially. Zoivu does not guarantee exclusive rights, exact character consistency, or that an output will be suitable for a particular purpose.

Credits, plans and generation

Plan prices, Credit amounts, billing periods and availability are shown on the Pricing page and in checkout for the action you choose. Viewing a plan does not start a subscription. A creative generation uses Credits only after you review its quote and confirm it. Credit use can vary by output size and number of images; review each quote before confirming.

Payment, renewals, cancellation and any refund rights depend on the terms shown for the purchase and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zoivu to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, upload material without permission, abuse another person, interfere with the service, or try to access another user's work. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users, the service or comply with law. Contact support if you believe an action was made in error.

Service availability

Features and model results can change. Some workflows produce plans, images or keyframes rather than a finished video. We work to keep Zoivu available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular creative result. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account and creative information. We may update these terms as Zoivu changes. The date above shows the latest revision; material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
